You were not alone with your obsession with panties. Not by a long shot. The girls wanted you to see them, they just had to engineer way to show them without coming off as sluts. They had standards even if we did not.

I went to a party in a nearby neighborhood where I knew most people but not everyone. There was a girl playing pool in a short dress brazenly showing her pink and purple polkadot panties. I was told her name was Vicky and she lived next door. I ogled trying to do so discreetly. At one point she went home and changed her clothes, perhaps because she’d been told she was too risqué.she came back in a low cut one piece pantsuit. Who was she? I needed to find out. I introduced myself but didn’t think much about it.

Even though I’d like to have had that experience, I’m glad I didn’t pressure her to do it with me. As they say, youth is wasted on the young. I spanked quite a few girls in HS, but it was aways done in a playful manner. In my 20's I got bolder and direct. I might say "You need a good spanking for showing your panties". I'll bet Vicky would have said Yes.

They are like gift wrapping.
I have been panty shopping with two or more gals a few times. Fun, fun, fun.
I was so late to the party. I was 21 before I went all the way with anyone and the only foray into the spanking world was with the same girl. It just fell flat! Wasn't her thing. I was too young at the time to realize just how important it was to me back then. If I had only known myself better, I would have saved us both 35 years and lot of heartache. I envey you all.
