There's the saying 'nations divided by a common language'. To refer to someone here as being 'on form' means in temperament, or spirit, not physical or mental. It also implies a temporary state, rather than a permanent change. A few years ago I had a spanking partner who could happily accept cane strokes on the thighs, but that was a rare quality. It is a matter for individuals, whether on the front or back of thighs. As for what was in the knickers in image 7, in this day and age it could be male genitalia!

Deletein re #3, I have used the cane on the thighs to encourage her pull down her panties and worse panty hose.
