A decade ago, I started OBB to be a small voice to proclaim that spanking could be fun for both the man and the woman. That it did not have to be about punishment.
I came to spanking accidentally. When a date did something sassy, I spanked her. It seemed normal to me. I soon learned that she liked it. As evidence of that, she would do the same thing on the next date to "earn" another spanking.

The fringe benefit of this was that after the spanking, I had a half-nude girl in my lap.
I think I spanked every date in HS. This was interrupted by my stint in the Navy, but I resumed it when I got out at 21. Then I "asked," You look like you need a good spanking." If there was no disagreement, I spanked her and we had another date.
I think the difference between me and the other guys was that I was asking. The girls were willing, but the men were not asking.

ReplyDeletePlease keep in mind that the first spankings in HS were spontaneous. I did not think about spanking them beforehand. It was not a fantasy for me.
DeleteWhen I started suggesting a spanking, I didn't see that as talented or creative. Just a question, do you like Chinese or Italian? If she was up for it, then she knew her clothes were coming off.so it was win-win for me.
Fun? More like exciting to me and definately not for a child. Someone compared it to a rollercoaster.ride where the anxiety builds up. We do appointments, or I should say my wife does. Se will tell me I have an appointment at a certain time (no reason involved orther than a spanking time). The closer it gets to the time the greater the anxiety and when it's time I get in position and wait for her to comeinto the room I know that I am in for a long stinging spanking and she doesn;t stop until I have been soundly spanked and holding still is impossible and I am left with a bright red bottom. This is followed by some wonderful "X" rated activity. (the fun part). She is only home for 4 or five days at a time and by the time she leaves, my spankingg needs have been well taken care of. The day she leaves I get "One For Rge Road" a special, that somehow leaves me with what I call a sunburn, that takes three or four days to fully cool off. I really don't know how she does it and only on that last day. Leaves me with wonderful memories until the next time she can come home.

My wife would just say "are you ready for you spanking?". Before, there werea few things that would earn me a spanking that we agreed on such as leaving the toilet seat up. Card games and bets would do the same. Occasionally, I would do something so stupid and angry with myself, that I believed required a hot bottom like getting a speeding ticket. It would be my idea and I would feel better afterwards. And, of course, I always couls just ask Where we spanked each other, she always wanted to go first so if she though it was too much, she couls get even.

DeleteThat's complicated as I was in the Navy for 20 years and spanked and got spanked in various countries, mostly in the Far East where I met my wife in 1972 after which for over 50 years, it has been with her and I never was interested in going it with anyone else. Before that there was always sombody available in Japan, Thailand, The Philippines, Australia and even Hawaii. I tended to aoid the subject in Islamic countries. For me, the girl in every port was the life. until 1972.

The web was started in the early 90's, so your obsession started then. I think most spanking enthusiasts have never engaged in spanking; they just look at pictures. Have you ever actually spanked anyone or has anyone spanked you? My post was about how I came to spanking. I had never seen a picture before that.
DeleteI came to Spanking after seeing pictures of Bare buns redden after a spanking. I discussed my feeling about these images with my future wife, a school teacher at the time. She shared a story about two teachers who were caught trading paddle licks in the teachers’ lounge. I was obsessed! I started dating her and with little pressure began introducing Spanking into our relationship. I built a few thin paddles which we still use today for spanking switch session as prelude to intimacy.

Some of us have it, some don't. Our host has it in abundance. It doesn't matter how or when we get into spanking, everyone to his and her own.
