ReplyDeleteLove the collection this morning!! I have been a Dick Dale fan for years! Every time he came to town, I went to see him. After he returned to the stage a few years before he passed, at the end of the show, he would take a moment to thank his audience and say " You are My Medicine, thank you for being here! The venue was pretty small , less than 500 people, so it was a very intimate setting. He always stayed after to sign autographs. He always returned his emails personally, and he said many times he "Wasn't ready to have the Gophers deliver his mail". I love Misirlou. Thanks Bogey!
