I was just saying to my wife this morning that so many GenX and Gen Z women have no idea of what a speed limit is for, let alone drive within it. Maybe this could be the solution! An automatic summons in the mail: "Report to the Department of Corporal Corrections by10:00AM Monday, or your car shall be disabled." Of course they would need some responsible citizens to work this department. Any Volunteers? Ohh the mind does wander!

Fair enough.
I watch too many "shorts" on Facebook and YT that show women stopped for traffic violations. They refuse to show their license (if they have one) and refuse to roll their window down. They tell the officer they want a supervisor, want to call their attorney (husband, Mother), they know a officer, they know their rights, call 911, etc. This leds to the officer breaking the window and dragging them screaming to jail.
The police need a device that jams their phones.
Of course I am pervert! Ha!
