Here we are again. This the 11th year OBB has participated in LOL. We are only in for one day. Come here tomorrow and the led post will be political.
LOL Day is supposed to be about encouraging lurkers to make comments. Blogs are best when interactive. We really enjoy knowing what you are thinking. Your thoughts often give us an idea for another post. It would be a gift to us for you to comment on some posts we make during the coming year.
OBB may not be your cup of tea, but we feel OBB is different from any other spanking blog. Never the best, but always different.
If I could, I would require readers to comment every three months or lose lurking rights.
PS to the deep lurkers
20% of all OBB traffic is to posts made five years ago. Yep, every damn day 300 people search for "spanked by my MIL" and read the same post again. Losers!

DeleteI can understand why some lurk. Some just enjoy reading the comments , some live their fantasies vicariously through the comments. Some may be too shy or intimidated to post. Whatever the reasons I’m sure these blogs have a way of counting visits so the moderators do know that there’s activitiy it’s all good.
ReplyDeleteI lurk myself on some other blogs or used to and my reasons for not posting comments where mainly because I found what I read on other blogs pure nonsense, hypocrisy, or just plain idiotic.
I stopped getting into debates with fools and rather than disrupt an entire blog I just remain quiet.
I found it more to my state of health to just frequent blogs I find like minded. Maybe I’m getting old and crabby and set in my ways but that would be my reasons for lurking.

DeleteOnce I discovered OBB, I enjoyed the posts and immediately read How Bogey/Bacall & Spanking Styles/Parties/Games.
ReplyDeleteThe Spanking Styles was interesting because spanking is a really broad topic, the Venn diagram with 7 styles, top or bottom or switch? OTK, over sofa, over chair and more. The variety of implements then severity. Wow! The point is; there are seemingly infinite combinations and what's right is whatever is right for you and your SO.
As to lurking, when I come here I do like to read something in the archives just for kicks.
However, I have never clicked "spanked by my MIL", LMAO. Now I HAVE to! Just to see what it says!
I have always said that as soon as two people say they like spanking, that will be the last time they fully agree on anything spanking wise. So many variations.

But I cannot say I have ever fantasized about my MIL spanking me.
Fantasies are a most interesting topic of themselves, humans fantasize while animals do not, from a book I read.
I would suspect the majority of guys with the MIL/spank fantasy are into or want to be into FLR.

DeleteI have alway seen people on the screen/stage as actors and I enjoy them or not based on their performance. I tend to ignore what they say in other venues. Would like a way to block them from my news feed.
